We have heard your feedback loud and clear. Many of you requested the ability to export your process diagrams to Word format for sharing with colleagues who do not have Flowstate access.
What is New
You can now export any process model to a fully formatted Word document that includes:
- Complete process flow with task descriptions
- Swimlane assignments and responsibilities
- Decision points and branching logic
- Notes and annotations
How to Use
- Open your process model in Flowstate
- Click the Export button in the toolbar
- Select “Microsoft Word (.docx)” from the format options
- Choose your export settings (include notes, include metadata)
- Click Export and save your document
The exported document maintains your process structure while being fully editable in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or any compatible word processor.
